Chico will host a tournament series COPS with a $2,500,000 guarantee. Compared to other tournament series in larger poker rooms, this prize pool looks insignificant. But for Chico, this is a record-breaking guarantee in tournaments.

Chico poker network chain has announced the Championship Online Poker Series (COPS). The guaranteed prize pool will be $2,500,000. Previously, this U.S. network had only held one tournament series with a $1,000,000 guarantee.
The schedule of the series includes tournaments with buy-ins from $1.10 to $530, including knockout tournaments. A total of 100 tournament events are scheduled to take place between September 7 and 27.
The Maine Event COPS with $109 buy-in has a $300,000 guarantee. Also 4 more Main Events will be held:
– Mini Main Event $30,000 GTD;
– PLO Main Event $25,000 GTD;
– Bounty Main Event $30,000 GTD;
– Bounty Mini Main Event $5,000 GTD.
