Daniel Negreanu was one of the main newsmakers of the upcoming World Series of Poker 2020. This time the legendary player said he wanted to bet $1 million that he would win the WSOP 2020 gold bracelet. Recall that this year’s World Series of Poker will be held online due to the global pandemic.

WSOP 2020 will be a truly historic event. This year World Series of Poker will be held online, where 85 gold bracelets will be raffled. The tournament series will be divided into two stages. The 31 gold bracelets will be taken by poker room players WSOP.com from Nevada and New Jersey, while the second part – 54 bracelets – will be drawn between players from around the world on the GGPoker platform.
Daniel Negreanu is planning to play the full schedule of the World Series of Poker. He also offered everyone to bet on the gold bracelet:

The bet has additional conditions. Not only online tournaments was count, but also any other events that are still in doubt. This includes tournaments with WSOP in Vegas and WSOPE in Rozvadov, if they take place this year. In addition to betting against players, Negrean is betting $1,000,000 with a 2.5 odds bet that he will win his seventh bracelet by the end of 2020.
