April 15, 2017 was the sixth anniversary of “Black Friday”. Five days earlier, former Absolute Poker players received notices to their e-mails from the US Department of Justice, which announced the launch of a process for applying for refunds to affected Absolute Poker victims.

According to the press release of the US Department of Justice, if the confiscated funds cover all confirmed requests, Absolute Poker users will receive their money in full. If the requested funds will be more than there are in the fund, the money will be distributed proportionally.
